You may have heard that the LSLCA is making changes at Windjammer Point, which they hope will improve the parking situation for members with trailers as well as members visiting the Dam Bar. 

Since our club has been a fixture at Windjammer since it was first developed (Windjammer was originally designed to support our club), we have been working with the CA to ensure that our equipment is stored at Windjammer in a manner that compliments the changes the CA is making.

So, on Saturday, May 16, we’re asking anyone that can help to join us at Windjammer Point to help moving some of our equipment.  We’ll meet at 9:00am, but we’ll gladly accept latecomers! 

The CA has indicated they will be moving our 8-boat storage rack from their maintenance facility to Windjammer, so primarily we’ll be moving boats from trailers to the rack.  Should the CA not get the rack moved as scheduled, or the weather doesn’t cooperate, we may change the date for this event.
